1. Acceptance
By signing in or using any Genesis Dev service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Genesis Dev provides web design, development, video editing, thumbnail design, and related digital creative services. Access to your client dashboard is provided solely for reviewing project progress and communicating with our team.
3. Account Access
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use Google OAuth — we never store your password.
4. Intellectual Property
All project files, designs, and deliverables remain the property of Genesis Dev until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to you as agreed in your project contract. You may not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of any work prior to full settlement.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are defined in your individual project contract. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Genesis Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or any delivered work. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
